Cardiff council honouring all tickets for their events bought through Ticketline (UK)

It was recently confirmed in the media that Ticketline (UK) Limited, based on Westgate Street in Cardiff, is about to go into liquidation after suffering a “downturn in trade”.

Customers who bought tickets from Ticketline (UK) have been reassured that they will still be able to get into some major events over Christmas – Cardiff council have confirmed they they will honour all tickets for their events bought through the ticketing agency.

Cardiff Council have reassured customers who have bought Santa’s Grotto tickets for Cardiff Castle and the Cardiff Children’s Literature Festival launch with Sir Chris Hoy on December 12th, via Ticketline (UK) Limited, that the Council will honour all pre-paid e-tickets.

Customers who bought Santa’s Grotto tickets are being asked to print out their tickets, or email confirmation of the booking, and bring them along for checking on the day of their visit.
